Production of the cooperative is approximately 25,000 bottles of red wine (AMBELI), 8,000 of white wine (FENGARI), 3,700 serially numbered of red and barrique wine (SCERO’), based on the same Ambeli vine. In the back label, the description of the wines is written in Italian language and Calabrian Greek too, in order to underline the enological and gastronomic continuity with the Calabrian Greek origins. The aims of the cooperative are to increase the area under vines and consequently the production of wine and in the future to obtain the designation of origin. |
